Upsete Fjellstove is a great place for courses and conferences, with satellite internet for administrative use. The lack of mobile coverage promotes social interaction and focus on the activities. We have facilities such as a dining room, lounge and fireplace lounge, perfect for both work and relaxation.
Schools and universities
Autumn at Upsete provides excellent conditions for outdoor recreation, with opportunities for hiking, botanical and ecological studies, and geological surveys. We offer stays for schools/universities, where pupils, students and teachers can use Fjellstova and all its facilities.
In winter there is usually plenty of snow, and the area around Fjellstova is ideal for ski school, sledging and ski touring. From Mjølfjell to Upsete there are groomed ski trails, and we have twigged trails to Kaldavasshytta. The surrounding mountains are also suitable for freeriding with randonee skis.
